Blue-rich light can affect the body’s sleep signals. In a controlled study, prolonged evening screen use delayed sleep timing and left participants less alert the next morning. Brightness and exposure time matter.
Tired eyes have more than one cause.
Long screen sessions and less frequent blinking can leave eyes feeling dry or tired. Blue light from screens has not been shown to cause eye damage, and filtering it is not a proven fix for digital eye strain.

The evening-screen study was a small controlled experiment, not a test of everyday phone use or BlueGuard. Research on blue-light-filtering glasses has not established consistent eye-strain or sleep benefits.

How do I choose the correct size?
Select the option that matches your exact iPhone model. You can find the model name in Settings → General → About. Do not assume different iPhone sizes share the same protector.
Does BlueGuard include a phone or a case?
No. BlueGuard is the screen protector. Phones are shown for illustration, and Ravennox cases are sold separately.
How should I install it?
Follow the instructions supplied with your BlueGuard. Clean the screen carefully and check alignment before applying the protector.
