Ravennox Return and Refund Policy

Overview

Ravennox offers free returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items, and all products are covered against manufacturer defects as standard. This policy explains what can be returned, how to start a return, and how refunds are issued. It applies to all orders placed directly with Ravennox.

30-Day Returns
You may return any item free of charge within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets all of the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in exactly the same condition in which it arrived.
• The item is in its original packaging, including all accessories, inserts and documentation.
• The return has been authorized by our support team before it is sent back.
Items that do not meet these conditions, or that are returned after the 30-day period, are not eligible for a refund unless they are covered under Manufacturer Defects below.

Manufacturer Defects
All Ravennox products are covered against manufacturer defects as standard. A manufacturer defect is a fault in materials or workmanship that is present on arrival or that develops under normal use.
If you believe your item is defective, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the defect. Once the defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturer defect.

Glass Screen Protectors
Glass screen protectors are not eligible for a refund or free replacement once an attempt has been made to apply them. This includes protectors that crack or break during application, and protectors that do not adhere correctly, such as those with trapped bubbles, dust or misalignment.

In these cases, you may send the protector back to us at your own shipping cost, and we will dispose of it responsibly. You may then purchase a replacement protector for $15.
Unopened screen protectors in their original packaging remain eligible for free returns within 30 days, as set out above. A protector that is faulty on arrival, before any attempt to apply it, is covered under Manufacturer Defects.

How to Start a Return
1. Email support@ravennox.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. For defect claims, include clear photos or video showing the issue.
3. Our team will review your request and reply with a return authorization and return shipping instructions.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back using the instructions provided.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.

Refunds
Once your return arrives, we will inspect it and email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of inspection.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account, which typically takes 5 to 10 business days. Orders paid with PayPal are refunded to the original PayPal account.
