Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ravennox website and any purchase you make from us. In these terms, “Ravennox,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Ravennox, and “you” refers to anyone who uses the site or places an order. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity under your account.

Orders, Pricing and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order, and your order is accepted when it ships. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, exceed reasonable quantities, or contain a pricing or product error.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

All prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards and PayPal. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Products

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Product images are for illustration, and the actual product may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturing updates.

Where a product is designed for a specific device, it is your responsibility to confirm compatibility before ordering. All products are subject to availability, and we may discontinue any product at any time.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Returns, refunds, manufacturer defect coverage and our glass screen protector terms are set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

All content on the site, including the Ravennox name, logo, product names, images, text and design, is owned by or licensed to Ravennox and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable or interfere with it. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, using automated tools to scrape content, placing fraudulent orders, or submitting false or misleading reviews.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site if you breach these terms.

Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify, and payments are processed by third-party providers such as Shopify Payments and PayPal. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

The site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not endorse or accept responsibility for the content of those websites.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Except for the manufacturer defect coverage described in our Return and Refund Policy, the site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ravennox will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ravennox and its owners, employees and partners from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing Law and Disputes
